REAL VALLADOLID CLUB DE FÚTBOL / SEASON 2022-2023 TICKETS CAMPAIGN


The main objective for our UI/UX project was to create a season ticket website for Real Valladolid that was intuitive, user-friendly, and effectively communicated the value proposition of a season ticket to the club's supporters. We conducted user research and testing to understand the needs and behaviors of the target audience and designed a platform that met their expectations and requirements.

We aimed to create a platform that was easy to navigate, with clear and concise information about the season ticket offering and the benefits of becoming a season ticket holder. We also worked to ensure that the purchasing process was straightforward and efficient, with minimal friction for the user. Additionally, we may have considered incorporating features that enhanced the overall experience for season ticket holders, such as exclusive content, access to special events, and early access to tickets for away games.

Our focus was on creating a visually appealing and engaging design that accurately reflected the brand identity of Real Valladolid and effectively communicated the club's values and mission. We aimed to create a platform that was aesthetically pleasing, with a consistent and cohesive design that was consistent across all pages and devices.

Ultimately, our goal was to create a platform that effectively promoted the value of a season ticket to the club's supporters and made the purchasing process as easy and enjoyable as possible. This helped to increase ticket sales and provide a better overall experience for the club's fans.

After developing the graphic identity of the website, evaluating its functionality with target users, and creating a functional system for the developers we worked with, the project was a success. Our sales goal was to exceed the record of 21,000 subscribers from 2019 and we achieved more than 23,000 new subscribers by the time the enrollment process closed.
